On March 25, reporters learned from the Chengdu Hi-tech Zone (CDHT) that the “2015 Chengdu Tianfu Recruitment Activities (TRA2015) • City Tour" recruitment activities will be kicked off in Beijing on Saturday, March 28. Well over30 industry-leading companies and entrepreneurial start-ups, such as Tencent, Kingsoft, Changhong, Jiuzhou Tech, TCL, Richfit, Maipu, Sobey, Xishanju, Baicizhan, Skymoons and Volans, are to offer 288 positions and 981 job vacancies to jobseekers on the site, offering opportunities for talented people who are willing to work and start businesses in Chengdu. The activities are sponsored by the CDHT and organized by the Chengdu Tianfu Software Park Co., Ltd.
The activity organizer says that the "Beijing leg" recruitment activity will mainly in focus to set target on medium and high-end talents with over three years of work experience. Among all the 981 jobs, 82.6% are medium-end jobs requiring at least 3 years of work experience and 10.5% are high-end jobs requiring more than 5 years of work experience.
Judging from the pre solicited invitations, the talent flow trends of "Go westward to venture" and "Talents are flying toward the southwest" are becoming the hot recruitment topics. As of 12:00 on March 20, 2015, the eighteen callers of the TRA had called nearly 40,000 times and sent directed invitations to 18,000 IT professionals who are now working in Beijing but intend to go to work in Sichuan province. Among them, more than a third have inquired about the local venture conditions, local venture policies, local living conditions and other issues in Sichuan.
It was reported that, in order to attract more high-end talents, the CDHT has been in full swing.
