About All-in-One Card
Tianfu Software Park’s All-in-One Card can be used in cafeterias, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and cold drink stores throughout the park; entry to the parking lots in the park are all managed with the All-in-One Card. The All-in-One Card can also be used for the access control systems and attendance systems of enterprises in the park. The new All-in-One Card also carries the function of Tianfu Tong (a forerunner of the All-in-One Card previously issued by the park and is still in the use within the park now).

  • How to apply for the All-in-One Card?

    1. Bring the original copy of your ID card and the copy of your work card to a recharge point within the park to apply for a new card. If you don’t have a work card, you need to submit an employment certificate stamped with your company’s official seal. You also need to pay a deposit of RMB40 for a new card.

    2. If you want to use our on-site parking, you need to bring your ID card, work card, driver’s license, vehicle license and All-in-One Card (all documents need to be provided with the original copies) to apply for an account at a recharge point within the park. If you don’t have a work card, you need to submit an employment certificate stamped with your company’s official seal.

    Note: Parking accounts recharged at the recharge point in District G in the park can be temporarily used to pay parking fees only within the northern area (located around Building G1/G2/G3/G4) of District G; and parking accounts recharged at recharge points in District A, B, C, D and E in the park can be temporarily used to pay parking fees only in District A, B, C, D and E.

  • How to cancel your All-in-One Card

    1. If you want to return your old All-in-One card, you need to bring the original copy of your ID card and the deposit receipt to any recharge point in the park to apply for cancellation. The parking account of the All-in-One Card can be cancelled separately. If you wish to cancel it, you need to provide the recharge invoices or receipts of the parking account.

    2. Once you have used the money in your Tianfu Tong account, you can bring the original copy of your ID card and the deposit receipt to any recharge point in the park to apply for cancellation of your All-in-One Card. The parking account of the All-in-One Card can be cancelled separately. If you wish to return it, you need to provide the recharge invoices or receipts of the parking account.

    Note: According to Tianfu Tong regulations, no Tianfu Tong account can be reported missing or returned. Please be sure that the balance of your Tianfu Tong is at zero before you withdraw your All-in-One Card; otherwise, once your All-in-One Card is withdrawn, the balance of your Tianfu Tong will be automatically cleared and cannot be refunded.

  • How to recharge

    1. In addition to recharge points in the park, the Tianfu Software Park has also set up the following two recharge channels: the online recharge website: www.tianfusoftwarepark.com and a WeChat public account. Please search for "Tianfu Software Park” in the public account; after linking the account, you can check and recharge, or scan the two-dimensional code on each promotional leaflet of the park. Please bring your All-in-One Card and ID card to the park’s Recharge Center to verify your information and to chance your All-in-One Card password, and then you can recharge your All-in-One Card at the website and the public account.

    2.Tianfu Tong can be recharged at the self-owned outlets or authorized outlets of Chengdu Tianfu Tong Financial Services Co., Ltd. For details about the outlets, please visit the company’s official website.

  • How to replace a card and to deal with service issues

    If you wish to replace your card which needs to be in good condition, you can bring the original copies of your ID card and the copy of your work card to any recharge point in the park to apply to replace the card. If you have no work card, you need to submit an employment certificate stamped with your company’s official seal. You need to pay a deposit of RMB15 to replace the old card with a new one.

    2.All service issues related to All-in-One Card accounts and Tianfu Tong accounts are handled by recharge points in the park. Tianfu Tong generally does not handle the service issues of All-in-One Card for individual users alone.

  • Can both the consumption account and the parking account be accessed through a single card?

    The All-in-One Card is issued by Tianfu Software Park. The card contains a consumer account, a parking account and a Tianfu Tong account. The three accounts are independent of each other, and the money in the accounts cannot be transferred to each other. The consumer account and the parking account are managed by TFSP, while the Tianfu Tong account is managed by Tianfu Tong Financial Services Company.

  • Usage

    1. Consumer: Every restaurant, supermarket, café, tea shop and bakery in District B, C, D, E and G of Tianfu Software Park

    2. Parking: Access to all parking lots in the park is managed with All-in-One Card;

    3.Access control: You can use the All-in-One Card for the access control systems and attendance systems of enterprises in the park. For technical support, please call 85330528;

    4.Tianfu Tong: After recharging, Tianfu Tong account can be used for the subway and bus. For details about its other uses, please visit Tianfu Tong’s official website.

    NOTE: Tianfu Software Park’s All-in-One Card is one card with multiple accounts. Its different accounts need to be separately recharged when used for micro-payment and parking in the park. Before recharging, please give your account details to the clerk and check the balance within the account. Please double check the amount. If the balance is incorrect, the clerk will not take any responsibility after the recharge is completed.
